The 2007 L’Aventure Côte à Côte is the shining star of the L’Aventure wine collection. With a subtle nose comes forth spice, red fruits and a slight slate or chalk aroma. The mouth displays nice tannins and the finish is black cherry and vanilla. Unfined and infiltered. The Côte à Côte, 100% estate grown fruit aged in French oak for 14 months, is a magnificent wine.
